Poker Tracker - Known hands???

I was having a look through some of my PT stats for the last week. And I'm a bit confused by something. When I go to Misc stats to review final hand summary there are hands missing, as in the number of hands listed under the known hands section doesn't match those listed under all other tabs (general, position,session). Surely the same filters are applied to each

Now I know that it is only hands where the final hand is known, so that any hand dealt where I left the table before the hand ended would not show. But there are far more hands missing than that. about 1/3 are missing.

This is probably something obvious but I can'r figure it out.
Anybody else get this on their PT, or understand why?

Yes i have found a few that went to showdown that dont display my hold cards while reviewing the hand. these are hh from ipoker but its rare. Also in some hands where the pot is split the money goes to 1 player, either me or the other guy ??

There has to be a flop for them to show up is Misc Stats.
