830 euro to spend on a laptop, has to be dixons..

    hi,

    i have a voucher of 830 euro to spend on a laptop, got it off the insurance becuase my last one packed in. The thing is it has to be spent in Dixons, currys or pc world....has anyone any recommendations?

    On PC Worlds UK store they have a PHILIPS 15NB5700 which is £500. It looks like a decent offer.

    yeah i was looking at that one too, i was thinking i might just get a desktop but the laptop is really handy. i had a packard bell and i refuse to get another one, it was just too noisy

    would 830 get you a decent laptop? you might have to add to it
