My Paypal address attached to ebay seems to be unconfirmed.
I have made a purchase of €700 recently and the UK seller will not send the item because my address in unconfirmed.

i have tried to change this in ebay and on the Paypal website, but still no success.

I have changed my address in Paypal to the exact address on my credit card bill. But the sender still tells me it is uncomfirmed.

How do i change it to be a confirmed address?

Been through there before and changed it there to the exact credit card bill.

You won't be able to confirm it (even though your address matches), the feature is not available to Irish account holders.
