An inflammation of the penis http://www.patient.co.uk/showdoc/27000277/
It seems I have this problem, but my issue is going to the doctor. It's quite an awkward thing to talk to someone about, and I haven't been naked for a doctor to inspect me before.
Basically I just want some advice on how to approach the doctor? Or alternatively, an alternative remedy eg cremas etc.
    Anyone else able to relate?
    Thanks guys

Self diagnosis for all but the most trivial complaints is a mugs game. You need independent medical advice.

The doctor has seen it all before, but in any case, for something like this, you won't be naked.

You phone your surgery and make an appointment to see the doctor.
They have been through medical school and are qualified to diagnose and treat such ailments.
They have also seen it all before.

If you havent been to the doctor, then you effectively self diagnosing as Victor said.
Asking for remedies when you do not know the ailment is not appropriate
