I think you need special privileges though. I know Ianmc and LuckyLloyd set one up but i think some other people have tried and failed

yeh you can do so on stars,you need to have accumulated 1,000 action points or whatever there called...

no, some people do it in an hour so even if you don't play much/at small stakes you can certainly do it in a few days.

and when you get these points does it only let you start one private tourny or as many as you want while you have these points??

I think as many as you want. You have to email them to get it set up, the 1000 points is probably just so they don't get swamped with requests from people who never actually play.

U can do it on Mansion no strings attached!!

Pretty good, select structure, buyin, password protect, etc. I'd recommend it!
