    Firstly, you have to be a subscriber (check my signature for more details) to upload your own avatar. The avatars can only be a certain size however (how big exactly escapes me but that is too big).

    Secondly, the problem with that avatar is that it is animated and we do not allow animated avatars or animated signature images .
