I think my N95 has a virus ...

I think I may have a virus on my N95. A number of my contacts have disappeared, and some research I've carried out suggests this may be caused by a virus.

Is this common / posible on the N95?

Can anyone suggest what I should do now? Is there a way to detect and eliminate the virus? What virus protection software is available? Will I have to reformat my N95?

Any advice much appreciated ...

well first of all back up the rest of your contacts and whatever else you need.

does nokia have any suggestions themselves?

Don't F-Secure have an anti-virus package? Maybe you should try installing that and doing a scan. Do you keep your phonebook on your phone or SIM, could be something to do with your SIM card either.

p.s. the N95 is spec'ed as a S60 3.1 device
