conservatory frame out by a few degrees

    just wondering if any one can help.
    i'm getting a new conservatory built and just noticed that from the bottom of the frame to the top is out by a few degrees.i wouldn't have an idea about building or construction.can anyone tell me if this is normal/acceptable or is it a problem.
    any help would be appreciated.

    I didn't see this one.

    By a few degrees, how many do you mean approxiametely and what difference does it make height wise to the conservatory?
