    Hi folks,
Just looking for some advice. I got a Canon 350d there a couple of weeks ago. I slotted in a temporary 256mb card in to keep me going. Yesterday I got myself a 2Gb card, the only problem though was when I was slotting this in I must have been a bit too forcefull as one of the pins is now bent and i'm getting a Err Cf on my screen.

Does anyone know of a good repair place in Dublin where I can get this fixed or is it a matter of sending back to Canon?..

Image Supply Systems is one of the authorised Canon repair centres in Dublin.

No harm giving them a call. They're just off Camden St.

    Thanks,
Rang the portebello guy and he informed me that if the pin is bent so far then the whole piece will have to be replaced which will cost 145 Euro!!

for that price it's worth trying to fix it yourself with a tweezers :)
