NTL - Installation

How long on average will I have to wait for NTL to fix me up. Moved into new apartment in Dublin. Ordered it the other day for Saturday and now they canceled on me till Tuesday. I work during the week. Does anyone know if there's anyway they'll come round at night? Only want the analogue package.. should be simple enough..…

NTL/UPC normally give installation times of either 8am to 1pm or 1pm to 6pm. They wont confirm a more exact time than this. If you are getting basic there should be no need for you to be there. This connection is normally made in a central location somewhere within the landlords area.
