    Hello,

I'm off to Nice in the morning from Dublin Airport, planned to use and paid for Online Check in.

Both last night and today when I have gone to the check in page and entered my flight details I have got the message:

"We’re sorry we are currently unable to offer a web check in service for this airport."

Surely they do offer this service at Dublin airport?

If not, what am I meant to do?

Begining to get worried so any help would be much appreciated :)

    Anyone...

I have a feeling the French won't allow online check in in their airports but I thought it was ok in Dublin airport?

If not why would it allow me book?

    Stupid Ryanair

They do offer it from Dublin.

As far as I know there is an issue with French airports and the webcheckin......

    Best ring them and ask

It costs €1.50 a minute to ring them, the cheaper phone line is only for making reservations and I am sure they wont be able to do much over the phone so I guess I'm going to have to just go earlier.

I tried entering my details for online check in for the flight back and it confirmed they dont allow it in France.

Why on earth does their website allow you to book and pay for services you can't use?

Now that I'm going to have to queue up to check in I'd like to bring a bigger suitcase, there is no option to pay in advance once you have already booked so it's a lovely €12 each way in the airport.

All part of the plan to silently pick your pocket :)

which is the reason I would have chosen to fly the green shamrock to Nice instead of Ryanair...

Had a similar problem last weekend flying to England, because I booked my flights in September (before they changed the web check-in procedure), I had to phone ryanair and they changed my online booking so that I could use the web check-in.
I used the rest of the world phone number, it's a Dublin 01 prefix.
    Can't help with French airport!!

Well the flights were only €20 including taxes etc so I can't complain too much but it still seems mighty unfair to charge for a service that you don't actually offer :(
