Using NTL cable for signal

I recently moved into an apartment in Dublin. The previous tenants had ntl but this was disabled after around a week once their account ran out. They had the digital service with a box that hooked up to a while box on the wall.

I don't really use the tv enough to justify getting the full service, but if I were to get a cable and run it from my tv to the socket on the wall would I get RTE1/2/TV3 on it?

I used to be able to do this in Cork with my chorus connection when I wanted to get better signal than I would with an aerial.
