well i broke my sovtek muff a while back by somehow braking the pots where they could turn to infinity and die and im buying again...

i was thinking of going for the american one this time but i came across the little big muff. it seems a bit nicer sized, apparantly sounds the russian one mixed with the american one and takes a standard 9v adaptor... winwinwin

anyone ever used one or have any other muff stories? strictly musical of course (ha..ha... i am so funny)

I have the American Big Muff...

Great for achieving nice vintage fuzz sounds...

Highly recommended for the price it comes at...

Got a little one to replace an american that the foot switch broke on about a year or so ago.
Slightly different tone, that sits somewhere between the russian and the US one.
Might be difficult to recreate the exact tones you had before with it.

Size and 9v power make it a better solution for a pedalboard though.

Yeah I played through a Muff on Bass in my old band. It sounds like the end of the world.
