iTunes 7.5 won't run?

I just downloaded the new version of iTunes but when I clicked on it, it said 'iTunes cannot run because it has detected a problem with your audio configuration'. There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with my audio config so any help would be appreciated. Thanks
