    which is probably €5 more then most retail outlets, but then add tax on top of that.

    i'd imagine this is activision milking this title for everything they can

    You must be joking...no way will COD4 be less than €55 in shops. Guaranteed!

    I see it on Steam for $49.45, the $70 just about makes up for the weak dollar I suppose.

    Does anyone know if you get a cd key if you order through Steam? and if its sent to you straight away or do you have to wait till the 12th?

    Nice....that is reasonable enough. I will pop into Smyths tomorrow on way home from work. They even open late now in the run up to christmas (god that sounds odd...its TOO EARlY).

    I made an impulse buy of FM2008 last week in GameStop and it cost 50 quid. I was shocked as normally FM is cheaper than most games. Wish I hadn't bought it though as it is bug-ridden as usual. Knew I should have waited until there were pathces available to make it playable and ordered online.

    Still though...no CTF :mad:

    Looks like the clan I am in (SMEG) have decided to go with S+D initially and maybe try some of the other modes at a later stage. Time to find a new clan. Probably one playing Domination.

    MP is probably the best MP from a COD game thus far. SP you can steer clear of. i can clear it in 2 hours, collecting all the laptops on the way, etc.

    it's very fast paced and the unlocks are pretty cool (though most of it is camo skins and stuff). worthwhile purchase IMO
