Banned but reformed

I am banned from SOC/Sex and Sexuality

It was a legitimate ban and I appreciate that but it was some time ago and I have reformed my ways...

How do I go about getting unbanned or is the only way to sign up under a different user name ?

    You've never posted there.

MugMugs, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation

That is what I get when I try and access it though....

    Can it be undone ?

Read this. You don't have a ban from the forum of from the category. You simply don't have access, so read the link I posted.

You're not banned as such, nobody gets automatic access to the forum.

Your first post looks a bit ... How do I put this ... dishonest.

To be fair it may but if the MOD at the time had deleted the post as it was offensive would you still be able to see it ?

I was a bit bold a while back...

Usually I'd be able to see it, yes. Also, a banned user who previously had access shows up differently in the permissions list. Finally, I don't see how you could have ever had access.
