Help ! Copying data from Excel onto Powerpoint

    I want to copy some data from Excel sheet onto Powerpoint , but when i do the size of the image is too big for the powerpoint slide and comes off the slide. I have tried to make the font size smaller , but the grid lines still dont reduce. I have reduced the row height in Excel and then copied the data.

    All I want is for the page or part i can see in excel to be able to fit onto one slide of powerpoint.

    Is there any way i can insert the excel sheet into powerpoint.
    I could do screen capture , but i have a good few pages to transfer.

    Any ideas?

    The key is in powerpoint insert object Microsoft Excel spreadsheet then copy your data to this sheet in powerpoint

    Another way, copy the excel table and do a paste special (under edit) as a picture into powerpoint, much easier to resize, but link or update back to the parent sheet is not available. So if change the excel sheet will need to repaste in powerpoint.
