    You'd need to have a read of this judgment on the matter, [2005] 1 I.L.R.M. 401: In the Matter of Article 26 of the Constitution and the Health (Amendment) (No.2) Bill 2004. Its a long enough decision but I think you'll find that the court splits entitlements down into categories and ultimately discusses unjust attack on persons property.

    An 'In re Article 26' case looks at the constitutionality of a proposed reform or law by the government of the day and gives the Supreme Court the opportunity to assess its constitutionality.

    I don't know of any places on boards.ie where this is covered off, but suffice to say the judgment is important and indeed I'd suggest each case would be very unique, so it may pay to get some advice even if its via the free legal aid scheme etc.
