3 prepay internet - blocked websites

    I'm trying to access www.the-cloak.com via 3pay internet. Other websites work fine but then there's the ones that are blocked.

    (phone connected as modem to PC)

    They come up as:

    This web page is unavailable to view.
    image
    > Yahoo! Search
    > Buy Access
    > Check My Usage
    > Internet Home
    SERVICES
    ^ TOP OF PAGE

    I've tried using OPENDNS IPs but they seem to have no effect. I can't access any other proxy websites either, they seem to have exhausted nearly the whole list.

    Any help be great.

    It also seems to block the loading of PDF eStatements on AIB Online Banking.

    Also blocks access to cpanel which comes in the form www.mydomain.com/cpanel or [url]www.mydomain.com:2083[/url]
