    Hey,

Does anyone know where i can get a copy of this for the Game Cube.
Its a planned present for a kid for xmas, but im having difficulty tracking it down.

I tried 5 shops in around Henry St. (3 Game, Smiths & HMV) and only the Ilac Game has a few Game Cube games knocking about.

It can be a shop, website or boards member!
Or a general location for picking up Game Cube games?

    Thanks in Advance ;)

Well, originally this was out on the N64 I think. (Hadn't a Nintendo then). A disk came free with certain copies of Zelda: Legend Of The Windwaker which had Ocirina and Majora's mask. You may find these online. However, as far as I know. Not ALL versions of Windwaker had it. (I'm assuming the budget rerelease doesn't)
Also, bear in mind that Ocirina was a game for the N64 originally so cannot compare graphically with the cube or wii. (It's still an AWESOME game though)

First off thanks IrishGrover for the low down.

Can i also assume that all US Gamecube disks (bought on amazon.com) will be NTSC and all Gamecube's here are PAL? And therefore not work.

Yeah that might be an idea Rew, if the box and game are in decent enough condition to give as a present then this could work.
PM me the specifics when you can?

There's also another version which came free in a Mario Kart bundle IIRC which has the Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask on it - that's both N64 Zelda games. I have it and the Windwaker bonus disc, won't part with them though :)

Edit: I see that eBay link is the one I was talking about... Well, then there's one with just the Ocarina of Time and the Master Quest (the Ocarina but more difficult) on it which you may be able to find as well...

I've 2 copies of the Wind Waker Limited Edition which has the bonus disk, ill gave to check whats on the bonus disk I thought it was Orcana and Majora. Both are mint condition I think, ill have a look tonight and see.

The WW limited edition has the extra disc with Ocarina of Time and the master quest, but not Majora's Mask. It comes in a nice gold GC box.

The "Zelda Collector's Edition" is the one with 4 games on the disc (incl OOT and Majora's Mask). It comes in a standard GC case so ok to give as a gift. I have both for some reason :/ (and no, not parting with either ;) )

Yeah you are all right lads; ebay.ie is the way to go.
I was been far too specific with my original ebay searches. Thanks for all the responces, this is the only game the lad has been talking about! :)

You sure thats the one he wants? Sounds a bit stange that he would be looking for a port from a 10 year old game made for a console thats out of production. Fair play to him, he muzt be a Zelda die hard fan. :)

Good point. You sure it's not The Twilight Princess he wants? There's a Gamecube AND Wii version (Careful which one you get: Wii will play cube version but cube will not play wii version)
Of course he may have read about it. A couple of months ago some game magazines voted Ocarina best game of all time :)

Well its definitely the Gamecube he has, and he had a copy of Ocarina of Time about 2 years back. But the disk got broken at his grandparents house.

So long story short like most kids he wants a Wii for xmas but his mam is saying no, so thats why Ocarina for the Gamecube has come back onto the scene for him now!

Don't buy the version with only Ocarina of Time, get the one with both it and Majoras Mask, its a promotional disk, the one with The Wind Waker is only the Ocarina of Time with the Master Quest.

Also, give Gamestop a call, they have GC games in stock and can check all GC stock across all stores from their computer, they can let you know where they might have a copy.
