    I recently won this item on Link and was slow in paying for it as I was moving house and had forgot about my bid! I paid for but since then I have heard nothing from the seller! How long more should I give him to raise a dispute on Paypal?

    how long since you paid? some sellers do post straight away but don't send a mail to let you know. Did you try contacting the seller since you paid?

    Paid him over a week ago and sent a mail to apologise for the delay. I sent him another mail 2 days ago asking has the item been shipped? No reply! He is located in Ireland - so he claims - so I was thinking the item would ship fast!

    If I were you give it to the end of the week either Thurs/Fri then open a Non Receipt dispute on the PayPal transaction.

    It shouldn't take more than a week or two even in extreme circumstances for the item to reach you when it has been sent from the same country.
