Friend of mine asked him to get PC. he would be using mainly for office work. The programs he would use would be AUTO CAD and Quantity surveying package. can some one give me advice from where should i buy it, and spec as well please. I was thinking to go through dell but not sure do they do the best deals for Desktop…
