Outlook Backup & Restore.

    Anyone able to give me instructions on how to backup Outlook (Totally as in folders, emails & address book) I want to format a machine & do a clean install of the OS, the machine has Outlook as its main email client so I need to have Outlook as it was originally when finished.

    I believe it can be done manually but I don't mind using a software program to do it if people here recommend that as a better option? Names of reliable programs would be helpful too.

    Personal folders backup. Couple of clicks and you're done.
