    Hi All,

Can anyone recommend a lawyer/solicitor that would be able to deal with such a case?

    Thanks.

One that is qualified to practice in the relevant state is a must, so try contact, for example, the Missihippi Bar Association etc.

I am however live and work in Dublin. Had an RTA while on holidays.

Can I use an Irish lawyer for this type of case?

    not really.

You will have to get a lawyer in the relevant state to handle it.

If you own a rocket car and live in a house of solid gold, you could probably engage a large Irish firm with a US office to act on your behalf. Otherwise, an American firm is the way to go.
