PermaNet Speeds

Anyone with Permanet getting awful speeds during peak times? I know you have to except contention but do you have to accept 200kbps-400kbps on a 2mb line? Below is a speed test I just did. All day I was getting up to 1400kbps and then at 5pm down to this speed! I'm from the North Kerry area.

I'm on the 3mb service and mine has been fine for quite a while now, i'm off the slieve mish mast (recently been upgraded)
