SKY HD box locking up

I've recently had an HD box installed and it keeps kicking into standby for no reason & then locking - only way of getting it back to life is to unplug it & re boot.... Anyone else haveing probs or is it likely to be a faulty box ?? cheers Andi

This happens to me occasionally, check the firmware version to make sure its up to date
