    Rights for a musical?
How to find out if they're available?

I'm assuming you are looking for the amateur rights.

For musicals controlled by Samuel French contact the DLI

(they might be able to tell you who else holds the rights if they don't)

Try the resources section of AIMS (Association of Irish Musical Societies) www.aims.ie

Performance Licenses for Musicals are VERY expensive, you usually have to rent/buy the Libs & Scores etc. Try going the "Professional" route (same for straight Drama Plays) it's usually cheaper!

Josef Weinberger also has rights for shows, as do thereallyusefulgroup which is Andrew Lloyd Webber's company.

The Irish agent for Josef Weinberger is the D.L.I.
