I'm a leaving cert student. But I was speculating after I become a Solicitor (after all my training etc ) is the work problematical and stressful?? .

All work is stressful.....unless you work in the civil service ;)

It's a hard question to answer OP.
Sure the job is stressful and a mistake could lead you being sued and thrown out of the profession.
As with any career you get out of it what you put it, I don't think you are going to going to get an exact answer to your very vague question

Per last posters comment! on problematic and stressful :)

Work is as you make it. Go and do a good leaving cert, score a commensurate set of points and from there make your decision.

Being a solicitor or indeed a barrister has rewards, mostly job satisfaction, with that can come monetary rewards if thats what your out for.

Nobody ever died of hard work though! :)

    Best of luck.
