Sony Vaio AC Charger

I want to buy an extra charger but can't find the exact match. The code on mine is 19.5v VGP-AC19V13. The closest I can find is VGP-AC19V10. Do I need to have the exact match or will this one do? I don't want to blow up my laptop! :o

It's a US plug. Was hoping to get one from the UK. Both are 19.5 v and look the same, thought it was just a model no. difference?
