Hello All,

I'm new to boards.ie, so take it easy on me.

I've posted on the thread "Truckload of dell XPS's going tomorrow" on boards.ie, but they've suggested that I post here.

I would like to use Final Cut Pro or/and Avid Media Composer with the possibilty of editing HD in the near future.

Can anybody shed light on whether the Dell XPS systems would be the way to go
