Sky HD Box.....can you put anything on top of it??

I considering making the move from Chorus to Sky HD.

My main problem (apart from the initial cost) is space on my shelf.
I can only have 2 stacks of equipment, and 2 pieces "have to" go on top; PS3 because its shape and my incoming Sony DG910 amp, which I believe shouldn't be covered for ventilation reasons.

So, the way I was hoping to set everything up is:

    .........Amp................PS3
    .........Sky HD box.......360

As far as I can see there are no ventilation slots on top of the Sky HD box, but are there buttons??
Are they buttons that are used regularly?
I mean if they only do something that you can do with the remote anyway, surely it wouldn't make any difference if they were covered

That sony amp is way wider and heavier than a sky hd box , there is no way it will sit on top of it.

That amp though , will not suffer one little bit if you put the sky HD box on it , I know , I have a very similar earlier model.

    Seriously?
The 910 looks like it has a LOT of vents on top.....

Maybe use some sort of spacers to add distance between the two units?

THere is no hope of the amp sitting on top of the HD box though, due to its weight. HD box with its crap "flow" design isn't designed for anything to sit on top (also buttons on top).

I was thinking of using "spacers" alright, with the amp on the bottom.

Can you actually buy proper spacers or just improvise with bits of......whatever??

Lego or Duplo and Blutack to stop it slipping has always worked for me.
