Roast strip - ideas?

    Folks

    Planning to cook a joint of roast striploin tonight and was wondering if any of you had some tips, ideas? I done this before but still havent in my view got it memorable.

    You've got a lovely piece of meat there - I don't know if I'd mess with it too much. Personally I'd just do it med-rare and leave it rest a good bit before carving.

    A Bearnaise would be good with it.

    Think I will keep in simple and roast some nice veg with it

    Superquinn are doing a 50% off deal on strip joints at the moment so its quite good value
