This band excites me a lot. I like the solo stuff Greaney has on his myspace page and think he's an excellent songwriter. Love his voice too.

I was lucky enough to see them during the 2fm tour last week.

Quite impressed, Mark can still belt 'em out, JJ72 were the first gig I ever went to back in 2002.
They did an unreleased JJ72 song, 'Everything', and one of Mark's solo efforts.
Good stuff all round and a fair bit heavier sounding than JJ72.

had my mp3 player on random the other day and it played Long Way South by JJ72, that brought back some memories - what a tune. Loved them so i said i better check out marks new band, CFC, dam they're good. Minsk is a brilliant tune.

Cant wait for an album or soemthing top download.

Some people may completely disagree with me now but I think Mark sounds a bit like Matt Bellamy.

I wouldn't disagree completely, but I think while he does have an ability to sing high notes, he lacks the richness of Bellamy's voice when hitting those higher notes, and doesn't quite have the same flair (in terms of singing - rather than the rest, though I'd say Bellamy beats him there too ^^) in terms of how he does that.

Saying that, he's a damn sight better than most.
