Snoring

    My boyfriends snoring has gotten really bad. Hes only 22 and my flat mates can hear him downstairs when hes asleep. As you can understand its very anoying for me, so i really would love your advice on products to get him. What have you found good? Hes a smoker too.

    Alcohol, smoking and being overweight can all affect snoring although there are some people that snore regardless of their condition. Sleeping on their side helps. Boots sell a snoring ring, not sure how effective it it. They also do sprays and strips.

    I live with a snorer, tried all the remedies. The acupressure ring is the best one. The sprays all work but they are very expensive if you have to use them all the time.

    ear plugs!!:Di used those for study!give it a shot.you can find them in any pharmacy,may have different types though,suit yourself:p

    oh,and ,try push them to make their face is not facing upward,aka facing left/right side,that helps!work for my brother...

    Ear plugs and an elbow to the ribs when the snoring starts so that he rolls over.
