Advice on buying/haggling

I'm in the market for a second hand car, prob buy from a dealer as its my first car.

I was wondering how much quoted prices change with haggling? Can I expect 5% off or 10% off? If there's no trade in does it help or make it harder to get the price down?

    Cheers for your tips!

Depends on the money and the dealer you go to. For example, Mercedes dealers are notoriously hard to deal with, while Fords can have heavy discounts if you haggle.
