New electric kit help!

    Hey guys. Hoping someone can help me, Im posting on behalf of a friend. He's looking to buy an electric kit ( has some experience on an older, cheap acoustic kit )

    He's looking to buy an electric drum kit and he has the 'Millenium MPS-300/TDV6 Set Special' in mind.

    He is also looking to buy an extra ride symbol he was just wondering if the 'YAMAHA PCY-65 E-DRUM CYMBAL PAD' can be used.

    He just needs to know if he has to buy anything else to fit the cymbal onto the drum rack or if he needs any cables ect.


    I can't answer the question for him as I have absoloutly no Idea about electric kits. So any help much appreciated.
