Freeview channels

Hi Guys.... Is there any way that you can tune in channels on sky digital? When we got in installed we were told that channels like MTV were freeview....but we havent got them?? Hope somebody can help...im missing the EMA's!!:eek::eek:

MTV UK is not free (MTV Germany is but not on sky)
