Prison Break Star in Real Prison!

    Prison Break star Lane "Weener" Garrison has been jailed for 40 months for causing death by dangerous driving. Garrison pleaded guilty to charges of vehicular manslaughter without gross negligence, driving under the influence and providing alcohol to a minor in August. In December 2006, Vahagn Setian was a passenger in Garrison's Land Rover when the actor lost control of the vehicle and crashed after leaving a pre-Christmas party. The 17-year-old was later pronounced dead in hospital. On Wednesday, Garrison was jailed at Beverly Hills court in California for almost four years. According to website Tmz.com, Garrison issued an apology to Setian's family before he was handed his sentence. He must also pay close to $300,000 to the Setian family and two other passengers. Prior to his sentence Garrison was undergoing an enforced 90-day psychiatric evaluation behind bars at the California Institute for Men in Chino, California.

    It's as well his current role in PB isn't all that big...

    It happened months ago, but I think the trial and sentencing only happened now.

    The trial was, the sentencing wasn't. That was fresh off the press!

    Saw a clip of him a few weeks back apologising to the family in court and he was crying. They weren't having it though.

    i think it to show that they didnt intend hittin the person so that they dont appear pyschotic

    whats up with celebrities and DUI... are they that stupid or do they think they are untouchable.

    BTW, he's going to be serving his time in the same prison featured in American History X

    Oh my goodness, didn't have he enough Prison experience on the series?
    Dangerous driving, shame on you! I hope, that death person will be forever in your concience! Enjoy Prison, You deserve it, if you don't use your mind when driving! I show no understanding for this behaviour!
