I work in a Pub and I have the chance to do a "Door Supervisor" course (i.e. bouncer)

The psa website is very very vague, and so are the websites of the companies doing the training.

Does anyone know, from real-life experience, would the course be 2 days (eg weekend) 9-5, or is it like safe pass which is done in one day?

It would depend on which company you went with to do the course. My course was a two day, 5 hours a day course and was paid for by the company I work for.

I've spoken to lads who've paid for it themselves and have been in and out in 4 hours on a Saturday.

Ring around and get rates and course durations. I think www.nightcourses.com might have info on locations which are running the courses.
