    Hi,

Can photographe developiers (e.g. Gunn's) develope/print photos from RAW format? Or do they require conversion to JPG first?

    Stupid Question?

PS extra e's and i's added to derail the modernity of the question.

if you have a RAW, you'll generally save it as a tiff or jpeg after it's processed. some printers will only accept files as jpegs, some will also print tiffs. It's not in your best interest to print a raw file straight out of the camera because it'd need some processing to get it looking the way you want it.

If a printer accepted your raw files, they'd more than likely be converting them straight to jpeg anyway...
