Not really sure where to put this post but mods feel free to move elsewhere if you think it is more appropriate. I wear contacts but i was told that i have a common habit where i dont blink fully thus my eye gets dry patches (which obviously affects lens comfort) Ive heard there are exercises i can do to correct this but…

Ive heard there are exercises i can do to correct this but cant find any info on it. Note im not looking for medical advice on how to treat dry eyes or anything, just exercises to help me blink properly.
