Appologies if I'm in the wrong place.

I have a site, I have hosting... want to host private pictures where people I know can easily upload photos.

I guess there are probably sites out there that already do this...

What I'm looking for is software which I can put on my site where people I know can easily upload and view/download for print fotos.

ideally I'd like an app that could view fotos and download the origionals... ie the 3mb files.

    Regards, Sniipe

edit: I'll elaborate a bite more; I know there is going to be an answer like; sure doesn't X website do all that already?

They are wedding fotos. The site will go out onto the thank you card with 1 password. Everyone at the site can then easily upload their pictures... the other half of the family - the inlaws set up a bebo site... which is kak for quality and u can't exactly print them or get the origional images

easiest thing to do is to install coppermine on your existing web hosting. It can be setup to do everything you've listed above.
