    Does anyone know of aerobics classes in Clare/Limerick?
    Have seen what shannon leisure centre have, and used to do a class in ennis, but the times dont suit anymore, its on too early.

    Im also looking for a class in Limerick City center or shannon area.

    There are aerobics classes in the UL every evening at 6pm and 7pm
