Does anyone know what this is.

Hi, I bought this, for the frame its in and decided I should find out what it is before I bin it.
I have asked local Rugby club and they had no idea, so a cahllange for someone up to it.They believed it was for Marsial AArts, which is why I post it here.Mods feel free to move it , if this is the wrong place.

Looks anglo-saxon to me.... or Welsh. So not martial arts related but you never know... there was a lot of bashing going on in medevil times I heard.

At a rough guess, I would say something to do with Hong Kong, the crown and dragon, could be a boat club or horse racing possibly.

definitely looks dat way my friend, well spotted, maybe it stands 4 sum association nobody liked, therefore having a D*** on its head!!!!!!!!!!

Looks like an old logo from the Royal Hong kong Yacht Club. Seems likely given the shape of the flag.
