Does anyone know what they were last year for the different courses? Any help would be great.

It depends on the MA of course, but I imagine you would be able to get in with a lowish 2.1 or perhaps even a 2.2 if you are wondering whats the lowest they'll accept. I was offered a place in the postcolonial MA twice without even applying so that tells you how desperate they were to fill spaces. Whats fot mean?

I got a low 2.1 and I was offered a place. I accepted a different course and yet when I went to register English kept popping up on the girls screen (yer one who was doing the orange sheet thingy) so yeah they really were trying to fill places this year. I had clearly declined and yet information kept appearing as if I had accepted the MA!
Edit: It says on the website that a 2.1 is required. I think it actually says a high 2.1 is required but I got offered with a low 2.1 so it all just depends on how many people apply.

    Hopefully spelling is a requirement...

Most MA's and MSc's require a 2.1 to get in.
