my sky box (Uk FTA card) has not changed its time into GMT from BST. Ive looked to see if i can do manually but cant see anything obvious! Does it do it automatically or do i have to do it?

Same issues for me. It should do it automatically. A few people seem to be having this issue. Unplugging the box at the main for a little while and then plugging it back in should correct it.
