    Hi,

Got a question from a buddy who is sending her email via Outlook Express but the recipients are not receiving them. Also she tells me her Norton Internet Security is telling her there is a problem within the Security system.... I'm a bit stumped, can any one assist? She is on dial up and running Win XP SP2.

    Cheers in advance...

Possibly Outlook express is being blocked by Norton so her emails arent getting any further than her sent items, or they could be just arriving in a Spam folder on the other end. Have you tried sending to a few pople or just one? First off i would check though that Norton isnt blocking Outlook though.

Start off by switching off Norton. Then if she can send an e-mail, you know where the problem is.

If I was a betting man, I'd put all my money on Norton being the problem.
