doesn't get much stronger than that.

I visited the Lucky House Chinese food resturant in Limerick two days ago and I got a funny look when I asked for mustard (should call it Hunan House of Confusion). Ordinarily I ask for the house mustard but any mustard would have been satisfactory. Is this the reason so many Chinese restuarant go out of bussiness in Ireland? And if not mustard, what on earth do you eat spring rolls with?

    Mmm, spring rolls with mustard

    Mustard Dipping Sauce:
    1/2 cup Dijon mustard
    1/4 cup hot water
    1/4 cup rice vinegar
    1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
    1 tablespoon sugar
