Does anyone know what the max size photo PhotoBox can handle is?

    I have a stitched photo 8339 x 2029 and 12Mbs.

I have uploaded it a couple of times (ftp and there own "thing").

Does anyone have any experience with this kind of thing?

have uploaded some huge stuff in the past... my experience is that if you upload huge files via ftp, you'll have to wait a few mins (possibly up to 15/20) before it's recognised by the web ordering panel. When asked about it, the guy in tech support said it was down to 'some backend processing that takes place'.

I had a similar thing on pixmania, I wanted to get a poster printed so it was massive as well, it wouldn't upload, seemingly they have a 6000px limit on the longest size, of course using firefox they didn't display this, took me ages to try in IE and eventually it showed why it wouldn't load. grrrr

Yeah that seems to have been the case, the photos were there but they didn't show up for about 25-30 minutes later.

I ended up getting the wrong one printed as I thought it had something to do with the embedded ICC Profile being funny on the first one. Through an unfortunate coincidence as I uploaded the one with the correct ICC profile, the first one (with the wrong profile!!) popped up in my gallery! Grrrr!!!

Luckily they didn't have a print large enough for what I wanted, so just got a 12 x 5 to see what it looks like (I was looking for 32 x 8!)

    Everyone else be warned! :)
