When it's raining outside, do you get wet?

I went outside earlier today, and it was raining. If i'm wearing a raincoat, I tend not to get too wet underneath... but if I don'tput a coat on and it starts to rain later, then I get pretty soaked depending on the level of rainfall. anyone else like this?

I bring my gun and shoot the rain away. If we armed everyone with guns we would have no rain.

If the rain is falling vertically then if you stand still just your head and shoulders get wet. If you run then you will also get wet on your front.

So if it's raining you need to calculate the vector angle of your movement with that of the rain drops and lean at that angle so your front and back stay dry.

Note: if you run at the same speed as the wind then the relative motion of the rain means the optimum position is vertical.

Do not pull it down over your face, or it will keep you dry for the rest of your life.
